Hello, hello! My name is Makenna and I am a fashion enthusiast and professional fashion consultant. I have been passionate about fashion and styling for as long as I can remember, always playing dress-up, designing outfits, or sewing new garments on my grandma’s sewing machine from a young age. I was the girl who asked for mannequins and sewing materials for holiday gifts, and also the resident fashion expert for my family and friends.

My love of fashion launched me into professional roles in the fashion industry starting at a young age. In college, my experience expanded as I earned a degree in Retailing & Consumer Sciences with an emphasis in fashion, along with related certifications, then went on to teach a fashion study abroad program for the university while I was in graduate school. As an industry professional, I have worked as a fashion consultant and wardrobe stylist on commercial photoshoots, Fashion Week shows, personal styling/shopping, and more.
